Launching of HRDF's Strategic Initiatives

On 2nd April 2019, the Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Yang Berhormat Dato’ Mahfuz Bin Omar launched five (5) new and revised strategic initiative schemes aimed at furthering the national human capital agenda towards the creation of a-35 per cent skilled Malaysian workforce.

The five schemes are :- 1) Industry Certification (INDCERT); 2) SME GRADUATES Scheme; 3) Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL); 4) SLDN–APPRENTICESHIP Scheme; and 5) Graduates Enhancement Programme for Employability 2.0 (GENERATE 2.0). For details, please click the link below:

PSMB Club Paintball Competition 2019 – “No paint, no gain”

The thrill and excitement that awaited all HRDF staff at Kem Isi Rimba, Kampung Kemensah had brought 91 attendees that were split into 9 teams under 2 categories namely, 5-side and 6-side. After a long and hard battling, GGTK (6-side) and AK 47 (5-side) grabbed the winning team title. As the event organiser, Mr Hasrizal expressed his gratitude for the staff’s generous support to enliven the event and promised to overcome the shortcomings for the upcoming event.

We recently travelled around Malaysia for an orientation session with our new training providers to provide guidelines on their next step after registering with HRDF while creating awareness for our existing training providers on the ways to revive their training services. Since 2nd April 2019, we’ve successfully engaged with 751 training professionals from Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Melaka, Pahang, Penang, Ipoh, Sabah and Sarawak.
