Introduction


Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) always aspires to be the advocator that provides insights in improving the talent landscape across industries in Malaysia. We are also committed to promote the culture of progressive and modern Human Capital practices in producing high quality and productive workforce. All these elements are expected to be a game changer which will substantially reform and raise the bar for the Human Capital development in Malaysia.

In summing up the ideas, a circle of influential HR people from diverse backgrounds was proposed as a set up that will steer the agenda above. It is called the Elite 20 Outreach Club (E20), which is an exclusive group of Industry High Profile HR Experts that aims to uncover issues & challenges and influence the HR and L&D policies to accelerate competence workforce development in Malaysia. The E20 club members will be nominated based on their extensive knowledge and experience revolves around the Human Resources management and development in the country.

Objectives

The objectives of the Elite 20 Outreach Club (E20) are as follows :
  • To establish an exclusive communication platform for members to tap and share expertise on matters related to Human Capital Development;
  • As a think-tank to give views and feedback on the various Human Capital issues in the country and globally;
  • To identify relevant areas of improvement in creating value of HR and scaling up the HR profession in Malaysia through Professional Credentials; and
  • To validate the Human Capital issues in the country and make necessary recommendations on the identification of critical competencies required by the Malaysian talent.

Aspirations

  • Continuously address the challenges of the Human Capital issues and bring new ideas and innovation to improve the HR practices among the industries.
  • Promote and inculcate the culture of progressive and modern Human Capital practices as key factors and producing high quality and productive workforce.
  • Provide thought and insight in improving the talent landscape of HR professionals in Malaysia.
  • Advocate the recognition of HR profession in the country.
