PSMB will not compromise the act of submitting false information to PSMB. Failure to comply with the PSMB Act 2001 is an offence under the said Act and can result in a fine and / or imprisonment or both. All parties dealing with PSMB are advised to abide by the rules and guidelines set by PSMB.

To encourage employers to retrain and upgrade their employees’ skills in line with their operational and business requirements. Under SBL, employers are free to identify their own training needs and implement the training programme in stages.
Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL-Khas) is one of the major schemes under HRDF. Financial assistance in the form
of training grants may be considered for all types of training programmes tailored to the needs of registered
employers.
To assists employees in self-pace learning as well as flexible learning hours, training location and environment through the use of training software packages
To encourage employers to further retrain their employees in the field of Information technology whereby financial assistance will be provided to them to purchase desktop or laptop, webcam and internet connection(for the first year only)
To encourage more in-house retraining and skills upgrading of their employees by purchasing of training aids for the purpose of setting up, renovating or enhancing training rooms
To certify workers who do not have any formal certification but have obtained the relevant knowledge, experience and skills in the workplace based on their competency levels
Training Provider Address Modification is to allow Training Provider to shift their address’s business. Based on Training Provider’s Circular No. 1/2009, any changes more than one (1) no charges will be imposed.
Based on Training Providers Circular No. 2/2004, PSMB has imposed a requirement that training providers need to register their training programme under the SBL-Khas Scheme if they wish to offer it to the employers who are registered under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)
HRDF is currently developing a Learning Marketplace with the objective to increase visibility on the training providers, trainers and the courses offered. Therefore, registered training providers can pre-register your training course(s) by submitting application via the following link
Individual Trainer refers to Professional Trainer certified with a HRDF Train the Trainer (TTT) Certificate or a HRDF Train the Trainer (TTT) Exemption Certificate
