ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAMMES FOR WORKERS UNDER THE HRDF

 

PSMB has developed three (3) programmes for the purpose to upgrade the proficiency of the English Language amongst workers.  The three programmes are:-

• Adult Literacy and Numeracy – ALN
• Certificate in Communication English for Workers-COMEW
• Certificate in Business English for Executives – BEE

These programmes are being implemented under the PERLA Scheme, subject to the following conditions:- 

• The programmes can be conducted at employers’ premises (in-house with external trainers) or at training providers’ premises (for public programmes);
• In line with the Government’s efforts to promote the usage of the English Language, the financial  assistance under this scheme is determined at 100%;
• The course fees for the programmes will be debited to employers’ levy  accounts and to be paid directly to the training providers concerned.

HOW TO CLAIM 

•  Fill up form PSMB/PER/T1/06
• Attach the attendance list form PSMB/PER/2/06 duly filled by the training  provider concerned.
• Submit the claim form and all relevant documents to PSMB, upon the  completion of training.
