REMINDER ON THE CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
There are still few employers who are using ‘Certified True Copy’ stamp in order to certify copy of document used in training grant claims. This practice has caused a lot of training grant claim being queried and returned back to employers. As a result, the rate of query has increased and affecting the time taken to process and reimbursed the training grant claims.
Therefore, the usage of "Certified True Copy" stamp are no longer can be used to any copy of documents such as receipts, invoices, payment voucher, etc. Below are the sample of certification format which has been enforced and practised before as stated under the Employer Circular No. 04/2004 [Download]
