The Venue
1. How do I get to Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC)?
Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre is situated 20km from the federal capital of Kuala Lumpur. It is easily accessible by car, bus, lrt and taxi.
Car
Prefer to drive up? It will take approximately 25 minutes to reach SPCC if you start your journey from Kuala Lumpur.
LRT & Bus
For a fast, convenient and economical journey to SPCC, participants can take the RAPIDKL Kelana Jaya Line to Kelana Jaya Station. From there you can either take bus or taxi to SPCC.

1. How much is the maximum allowable cost for daily allowance and airfare that PSMB registered companies are eligible to claim during the conference?

2. When will I received the participation confirmation letter?
We will send an invoice and confirmation of participation once we received your registration form. If you do not received your invoice and confirmation of participation or have an enquiries please call 03 - 2096 4957 (Hafizee).
3. What you should do if there is a substitution of participant or cancellation of participation?
Substitution or cancellation is only allowed after you have received the confirmation letter and must be made in writing via mail or fax before 1st September 2011. Any changes later than the date will not be entertained.
4. What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee is inclusive of 2 days conference pass, conference materials, lunch, and refreshment.
5. What is the attire for PSMB 2011 Conference?
The attire for PSMB 2011 Conference is a mix of business casual or office.
