The use of, access to or the submission of information to the PSMB Training Portal (the ‘HRD Portal’) shall be deemed as acceptance of these general terms and conditions. PSMB reserves the right to alter or change any of these general terms and conditions (or any part thereof) from time to time.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the contents of this Portal (including the design of the Portal) belong to PSMB and accordingly all rights are reserved.
PSMB is not involved in any confirmation of training places concluded through the use of this Portal between the training providers and employers. Nor does such confirmation constitute an automatic approval of training grant from PSMB. Both parties are responsible to submit application for approval of HRDF training grant under the existing PSMB procedure. PSMB does not warrant any accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information contained on the Portal and/or any information submitted to this Portal. Your use of this service is at your sole risk. PSMB expressly disclaims all warranties or any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. PSMB makes no warranty that, (i) The service will meet your requirement, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secured or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use this Portal will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this Portal is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer systems or loss of data resulting from the download of any such material.
